With a background in both research and the private sector, Mrs.
Natalia Vinogradova is currently working as the Head of the
Standardization department of the Agence pour la normalisation et
l'économie de la connaissance (ANEC GIE), an economic interest
group based in Luxembourg that supports the Institut
luxembourgeois de la normalisation, de l'accréditation, de la
sécurité et qualité des produits et services (ILNAS), notably in
raising awareness about the technical standardization field. In
ANEC GIE, she is particularly involved in standardization for the
Artificial Intelligence and data areas and held, among other
things, the Presidency of the National Mirror Committee of ISO/IEC
JTC 1/SC 42 on Artificial Intelligence for 3 years. She received a
Master’s degree in theoretical and applied linguistics from
St.Petersbourg State University, a Master’s degree in Multilingual
Web Design, Localization and Content Management from the
University of Strasbourg and has finished in 2022 a Master in
Artificial Intelligence for Public Services (AI4Gov) proposed
jointly by Polytechnic University of Madrid and Polytechnic
University of Milan.
