Dr. Jean Lancrenon is a project officer in the Digital Trust
department of the Institut Luxembourgeois de la Normalisation,
de l’Accréditation, de la Sécurité et qualité des produits et
services (ILNAS), where he supports the institute’s developing
national roles in cybersecurity European Union legislation, in
particular the Cybersecurity Act of April 2019. Prior to this,
he was a member of the standardization department of the Agence
pour la Normalisation et l’Economie de la Connaissance (ANEC
GIE). He actively follows several standardization committees
related to information security (ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 27
“Information security, cybersecurity and privacy protection”,
CEN/CENELEC/JTC 13 “Cybersecurity and Data Protection”, ETSI TC
CYBER, among others). He is a member of ILNAS’ National
Standardization Committee 1 (NSC 1) on cybersecurity. He holds a
PhD in Cryptography from the Université Joseph Fourier
(Grenoble, France).
